The organizers of Virginia Beach's incredibly popular Cars & Coffee event are experimenting with a new schedule. They've added an event to the third Sunday of every month, from 8am to 11am. This first go was somewhat lightly attended due to it being the first and some failed social media invites, but given the later start time it's likely to become quite popular. Here are a few favorite shots with the rest on my Facebook page.
Got lucky that last weekend was rained out as I wasn't in town. Today was picture perfect weather and a great turnout of cars without it being overwhelming as it typically is in the summer months. Favorites below with the rest on my Facebook page.
This was a fun Night Moves as I finally convinced Mrs. Chops Creative to tag along. Not sure what she thought but she said she had fun! Weather was beautiful if a little hot... typical for August in Virginia Beach. Favorites below with the rest on my Facebook page!
My 1953 Chevy 1/2 ton Dottie made her first Night Moves appearance! Weather was boiling and thunderstorms chased everyone out a little early but it was otherwise another smashing success thanks to the efforts by the Sumospeed crew. Favorite shots below with the rest on my Facebook page.
Record breaking turnout? If not, then damn near. But even more important to me than the huge number of amazing cars was the first appearance by my one and only Dottie! After a nearly ten year slumber, my '53 Chevy pickup is back on the road and hitting the show scene. Favorite pics below with the rest on my Facebook page.
